Where Aesthetic Mastery Meets Biomechanical Grace
Founded to resolve the artificial boundary between external beauty and somatic well-being, serving discerning families and executives across North Fulton and Forsyth County.
What Sets Aura North Apart
Crafted deliberately for the North Georgia lifestyle—from country club weekends in Milton to executive routines in Alpharetta.
The Regional Anchor ("North")
Seamlessly nestled at the gateway between North Fulton (Alpharetta, Johns Creek) and South Forsyth (Cumming, Lake Lanier). Our guests enjoy uncompromised privacy, dedicated executive parking, and a discreet boutique entrance.
The Brand Essence ("Aura")
We define "Aura" as the tangible radiance of vital energy. When facial tension is softened, collagen renewed, and the spine aligned, you do not just look refreshed—you command a calm, magnetic presence.
Dual-Market Synergy
Most medspas treat only the surface, while chiropractic clinics ignore somatic aesthetics. Aura North is an all-in-one restorative oasis where clients can receive CoolSculpting and Botox, then step across into spinal decompression and manual lymphatic therapy.
Meet Our Medical & Chiropractic Directors
Pioneers dedicated to safety, anatomical precision, and longevity.
Dr. Evelyn Vance, MD, ABAARM
Double Board-Certified Aesthetic Physician
"Aesthetic medicine is not about altering who you are. It is about restoring your youthful harmony."
With over 16 years of clinical procedural experience, Dr. Vance is recognized across North Fulton as a thought leader in regenerative aesthetics. Rejecting the over-plumped trends common on social media, she pioneered the Aura Micro-Harmonization Protocol—a bespoke layering technique using ultrasound vascular imaging, diluted biostimulatory collagen inductors, and micro-cannulas.
"When your spine is decompressed and your posture is tall, your face, energy, and spirit align naturally."
Dr. Marcus Sterling has served elite athletes, corporate executives, and busy mothers throughout Cumming and Alpharetta. His approach unites non-force drop-table mechanics, motorized axial spinal traction, and ergonomic bio-coaching. Under his leadership, Aura North guests find relief from digital neck strain, tension headaches, and sciatic compression.
